Everyday is never the same no matter how your routine defines it. There is always a mixture of bedlam and serenity in the air. Whether it is with yourself or the energies we harness from the environments around us. The task is to determine the aura you want to be rooted in. It is normal to wake up on a Tuesday and not be as productive as you were on Monday, and a Thursday to feel like a Saturday. Circumstances did not create that essence, you did. Along the day you embody emotions of a person that would feel good today, because it does not feel like an average day. Your choice to make Thursday feel like a Saturday made the day seem short and doable cause you embody that desire.

Just like many of us who can have our weeks and days upside down. We have the power to make it upright by simply embodying the emotions associated with joy. Slowing down is an essential practice, it helps you identify the atmosphere and indicates if your energy is being wasted or multiplied. Wiring down has its mental and physical benefits it prevents burnouts, impostor syndrome and other stress related issues. Slowing down helps you create the life you want; choose to be still to receive what is for you.
